Meet the Artist

Stephanie Mogren is a self-taught artist based in Southeastern Minnesota. Although she has experience with traditional art mediums (pencil, ink, acrylic, watercolor, etc.), she mainly creates her art digitally.

Stephanie is currently holding two part-time jobs - one of them being Associate House Manager and/or Stage Manager/Assistant Stage Manager at Open Window Theatre in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.

Stephanie loves Jesus, Star Wars, the outdoors, animals, and all-things related to film & theater. Stephanie also has a heart for street evangelization and is passionate to see revival within the Church - she has spoken on the power of the Holy Spirit at many retreats for youth/adults, and has also presented talks for numerous on-line conferences hosted by Christian/Catholic communities across the world.

What is digital art?

Digital art is artwork created using digital technology, encompassing a wide range of creative expressions. It's distinct from traditional art in that it utilizes software, computers, and other electronic devices as tools for creation and presentation. Digital art can take many forms, including digital painting, illustration, 3D modeling, graphic design, and animation, among others.

How does digital art differ from AI art?

AI art uses Artificial Intelligence to generate through algorithms that learn from data and produce new artwork based on prompts, whereas digital art is created through the deliberate actions and creative vision of a human artist.
